When you have a scheduled appointment you must be ready at your scheduled time. We have a strict 2 minute wait time policy. If you are not ready within the 2 minutes we will leave and you will need to call and reschedule another pick-up. We have many pre-arranged pick-ups and this is the only way we can keep everyone on schedule. We strive for excellence and try to keep everyone on a timely manner.
